Bills of the Same, in the office of Surveyor general, of Florida
and also on the land Office map of the Newnansville District
and being the Same lands which were conveyed to the Said Leigh
Read by William Marvin and by Francis R. Sanders by
their deeds dated in 1839 & 1840, respectally and recorded
in the Alachaua County Clerks office in Book B of Deeds
Together with all and Singular, the appurtenances thereto
belonging or in anywise appertaining and also all the right
title interest claim and demand at law, and in Equity which
the parties to Said cause and each and every of them had held
or, proposed at the date of the redition of Said decrees in to
or upon Said land and every part thereof To have and to
hold the Same, and part thereof unto the Said party of
the Second part his heirs and assigns forever
