the acknowledgment of Deeds &c to be used or recorded therein personally
appeared Mary G. Quinby to me Known to be the person who executed the
annexed instrument by her sealed and subscribed and beang by me privately
examined separate and apart from her husband acknowledged the
execution thereof to be her free act and deed voluntarily and without
any constraint compulsion apprehension or fear of or from her husband

of the first part, and Geo Savage &
Edwin Haile parties under the firm name
