rights and priviliges, immunities ease
ments and appertainances, thereunto bel
=onging or in any wise appertaining with
the said parties of the second part and
their heirs as their absolute property in
fee simple forever And the said party
of the first part for him self his heirs and
Assigns and for all others claiming by
through or under him, so covenant and
agree that he is Seized of a good and in=
=defeasible fee simple to the above premises
And that he has good right to convey
the same free as he has conveyed
the same free and discharged from all
incumbrances and liens of Every
description, and that the Said parties
of the second part, their heirs and
assigns, shall quietly and peaceably
enjoy the above described premises
against all persons whatsoever
and that he will at any time
Make such further covenants conveyances
and assurances at the Expense of the
parties of the second part as they
the said parties of the second part
their heirs assigns or counsels learned
in the law May require
