Alachua County } Know all men by these presents
} that that Thomas Stewart of
the first part for and in consideration of the natural
love and affection which he has and bears for his
wife Olivea Clara Stewart of the second part as
well as for and in consideration of the sum of ten
Dollars in hand paid by Joseph G. Little party of
the third part, the receipt whereof is hereby ack
nowledged, all the parties of the State and County
aforesaid hath bargained sold and conveyed
and do hereby bargain sell and convey unto
the said party of the third part the following
described property, (to wit.) one roan Horse
about Eight years of age, one sorrel mule and

also one bey mule aged about Eight & Ten years
respectively to have and to hold, the said bargained
property in trust nevertheless for the use
benefit and behoof of the said Olivea Clara
Stewart for and during the natural lifetime of the
said Olivea Clara Stewart free from the debts
liabilities and control of her present or future
husband, at at the death of the said Olivea
Clara Stewart to pass to her children for their
benefit and in fee simple in witness whereof the
party of the first part hath hereunto set his
hand and affixed his seal, this 18th day of Novem
ber AD 1869
