a decree of the Hon Jesse H. Goss Judge
of the Circuit Court for the fifth
Judicial Circuit of Florida Sitting in
Chancery dated Apl 5th AD 1869
for Henry J. Bailey, Alexander C. Bailey
Orville B. Bailey and Margaret R. Bailey for
and in consideration of the sum of Twenty
five hundred dollars $2500.00 to us in hand paid
by Edmund Jones of Alachua County
and State of Florida the receipt where
of is hereby acknowledged have bargained
sold released and conveyed and by
these presents barg sell release & convey
unto the said Jones his heirs and assigns
forever all of our and each of our right
titles interest and property of in and a
certain tract or parcel of land situated
lying and being in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida and known and 
described as follows To wit, Commencing 
at a stake distant from the North
East corner of Section Eight Township
ten Range twenty, South 85 West forty
poles from thence South Thirty five 35
West forty Eight poles thence south
forty nine West one hundred poles from
thence South fifty Eight poles to a stake
on the North boundary line of the Clinch
Grant, thence West along said boundary
line to a point at which said line
intersects the western boundary of
Section Eight thence north along
the Western Boundary of said Section
(eight) to the Florida Rail Road from
thence East along the line of said
Rail Road to the point of beginning
containing one hundred acres more
or less, to have and to hold the said
described premises with the tenements
& appertenances thereunto belonging
to him the said Edmund Jones
his heirs and assigns in fee simple
forever and the said Mary N. Bailey
