   This Indenture made and executed the
Nineteenth day of January in the year of our
Lord, one thousand Eight hundred and Seventy
between Edmond Jones of the Town of Gainesville
County of Alachua State of Florida, party
of the first part and Wm Edwards of the town
of Micanopy County and State aforesaid
party of the second part, Witnesseth that the
said party of the first part for and in consideration
of the sum of Twenty three hundred dollars lawful
money of the United States, to him duly paid
