before the delivery     hath bargained sold
                                       grant
and delivered and by these presents doth^bargain
sell and convey to the said party of the
Second part his heirs and assigns forever
all that certain piece or parcel of land
lying and being in the State and County
aforesaid and which is more particularly
known and described as follows to wit =
Commencing at a stake distant from
the North East corner of Section Eight Town
ship Ten Range Twenty south 85 West
Forty poles from thence thirty five 35 West
Forty Eight Poles, thence South forty nine
West One hundred Poles, from thence South
Fifty Eight poles to a stake on the North
boundary line, of the Clinch Grant
                   boundary
thence West along said line to a point
at which said line intersects the Western
boundary of Section Eight, thence North
      the western
along said boundary of said section Eight
to the Florida Rail Road from thence
East along the line of said Rail Road
to the point of beginning containing one
hundred acres more or less to have and
to hold the said described premises with
all the improvements and appertenances there
unto belonging or in any wise appertain
ing, and the said party of the first part
doth hereby covenant & agree with the
said party of the second part that at the
time of the delivery hereof, the said party
of the first is lawful owner of said premises
granted and seized thereof in Fee simple
absolute and that will Warrant and defend
the above granted premises in the quiet and 
peaceable possession of the said party of
of the second part his heirs and assigns
forever In Witness Whereof I have hereunto
