the foregoing Deed of conveyance to me well known
who acknoledged that he executed the said fore
going Deed for the purposes therein Expressed

Alachua County   } This Indenture made this the
16th day of June 1869, Between John R. Campbell
of the first part and James Love agt of the other
part, both of said County, Witnesseth That the
said Campbell for good and valuable consid
eration, the receipt whereof is hereby acknol
edged hath granted sold and conveyed to
said Love, a certain parcel of land in the
Village of Newnansville in said County known
in the survey of said village as Block No
three (3) Lot No 4 (four) Range No one (1)
Viz as follows commencing at a corner stake
of said Village Land Platt thence running
south one hundred and five feet front, thence
one hundred and five feet West thence one hundred
and five feet (105) North thence East one hundred
and five feet (105) to the place of Starting To have
and to Hold the said Granted premises to said Love
his heirs and assigns in fee simple and the said
Campbell for himself & his heirs shall forever
Warrant the said Premises to said Love his
heirs & assigns and defend the same against all
adverse claims whatsoever In Witness Whereof
said Campbell hath hereunto set his hand and
seal, the the day and year above written
