Know all men by
these presents that I Martin Farror for
and in consideration of the sum of Two
hundred dollars to me in hand paid
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl
edged, have bargained sold delivered
transferred and conveyed unto John
J. Thompson, all my property in a
certain crop of sugar cane to be
grown on the Black Point place in

50ยข cents current Year, the above conveyance is
US I.R. Stamp designed to opperate as a Mortgage to
Cancelled to secure the payment of the amount to be

Even interest date herewith made by said
Farror for Two hundred dollars pay
able on the 15th day of November next
to said Thompson or bearer and it is
covenanted that this instrument may be
foreclosed or other Mortgages Signed
