Alachua County   } Executed this the Eighteenth
                 } day of January in the year
of our lord one thousand Eight hundred and Sev
enty between Mary Gillett of the first part and John
R. Zeterouer of the second part, Witness that the
said Mary Gillett for and in consideration of the
                              dollars
sum of Seven hundred ($700.00) to her in hand paid
by said John R. Zeterouer, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, hath granted barg
=ained and sold conveyed and delivered and by these
presents doth grant bargain and sell convey and
deliver unto the said John R. Zeterouer his heirs
and assigns all of the following described lots
or parcels of land lying and being in the County
of Alachua and knowned as the North half
of the North East quarter the North East quarter
of North East quarter of North West quarter of
Section nine (9) Township ten (10) Range Twenty two
(22) East the South West quarter of south East
quarter also thirteen acres the dowery of -
Elizabeth Terrill wife of John Terrill in the South
East quarter of south west quarter of section
four (4) in Township ten (10) Range (22) East
containing one hundred and seventy three acres
to have and to hold, the said before described
lands togather with all rights and appertanances 
thereunto belonging to him the said John R.
Zeterouer his heirs and assigns forever in fee
Simple and the said Mary Gillett for herself
her heirs and executors and administrators 
Will forever warrant and defend the rights and
title thereunto against the claim of all
persons whatever in Witness and testimony the said
Mary Gillett hereunto sets her hand and

   this deed have been made and Executed by
Noah Townsend for Mary Gillett, he being clothed
