between Franklin Desher and his wife
Eliza Desher parties of the first part and
Jno Sparkman party of the second part
   Witness
           That the said parties of the
first part for and in consideration of
the sum of Sixteen hundred Dollars to
them in hand paid by the said party of
of the Second part the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged hath given
granted aliened bargained sold Trans
ferred and do by these presents give grant
