State of Florida } Know all men by these presents
Alachua County   } that Joseph B. Swift of the
State and County aforesaid for and in consideration
of the sum of Four Hundred Dollars to him in hand
paid by Joseph J.B. Holder of said State and County the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted
bargained sold conveyed and delivered unto the
said Joseph J.B. Holder, all that tract lot or parcel
of land lying situate and being in the State and
County aforesaid and known in the plan and plat
of said County as the south West quarter of the
South West quarter of section Twenty four and
the North East quarter of the North East quarter
of section Twenty five Township Eight south
of Range nineteen East and containing Eighty
acres to have and to hold the said bargained
premises together with and singular the rights
titles privileges and appertenances thereunto be
longing to him the said Joseph J.B. Holder in fee
simple and the said Joseph B.H. Swift for himself
his heirs his Exectors and administrators the said
bargained premises unto the said Joseph J.B. Holder
his heirs Executors administrators and assigns
Will for Ever Warrant and defend against the
claimer claimers of any other person or persons
whoever as far as in law or Equity he may be
Bound to do - In testimony whereof the said
Joseph B.H Swift hath signed sealed and 
delivered the same this December 28th AD 1869
