Administrator De Bonis Non of the Estate of
Robert A. Childs late of Alachua County Decd
party of the first part and James M. Hunter and
            party
Robert H. Hall^of the second part Witnesseth
that for and in consideration of the sum of
Fourteen hundred Dollars the party of the first
part in hand paid by the party of the Second
part, at the time of Executing this indenture
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
the said party of the first part as admin
istrator aforesaid hath bargained and sold and 
doth hereby convey unto the said party of
the second all that certain tract or parcel
of Land known and described as section
Twenty Six (26) Township Twenty one (21)
Range Eleven (11) East of What is known
as the Arredondo Grant laying in the County
of Alachua and containing Six hundred & forty
acres more or less, to have and to hold the
above described and granted premises and
every part thereof with all and singular the
rights improvements and appertenances thereunto
belonging or in any wise appertaining to have
and to hold the same to the only proper
use and benefit and behoof of the said party
of the second part his heirs and executors and
administrators in fee simple forever and
the said party of the first part doth hereby
covenant and agree to and with the said
party of the second part that he is seized
in fee of the foregoing Lands and has a right
to sell them and that he will and his success
ors in office shall Warrant and defend the
Title to the same against all claims or demands
whatever in testimony whereof the said party
of the first part hath hereunto set his
hand and affixed his seal on the day and
