and Post party of the second part, Witnesseth:
 That the said parties of the first part, for and in considera-
tion of the sum of Seven Dollars to them in hand paid by the
party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby ac-
knowledged, have given, granted, aliened, bargained, sold,
transferred, and do by these presents give, grant, alien, bar-
gain, sell transfer and convey unto the said party of the
second part all those several tracts or parcels of land
lying and being in the County of Alachua, State of Flor-
ida, and more particularly known and described on the
public maps of said State, as the East half, south west
quarter, East half and North west quarter of North west quar-
ter of section Twenty-five (S25) Township Ten South (T10S)
Range Seventeen East (R.17.E) containing Five Hundred and
ninety nine (599 10/) acres more or less.
Also in the Town of Archer, County and State aforesaid
Lot three (3) in Block Twenty two (B22), also in the Town of
Baldwin, County of Duval, and State aforesaid Lot Four
(4) in Block Two (B2). Also in the County of Levy and
State aforesaid, The North west quarter of North East quarter
of section nine (9) Township Fifteen south (T.15S) Range Fif-
teen East (R.15E) containing Forty acres (40) more or less.
  To have and to hold the above described premises together 
with all and singular, the rights and privileges immunities,
easements and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any
wise appertaining unto the said party of the second part,
and his heirs, as their absolute property in fee simple for-
ever, and the said parties of the first part for themselves
and successors, as Trustees as aforesaid, and for the said
Florida Rail Road Company, and for all others claiming
by, through, or under them, or either of them, do covenant
and agree that they are seized as Trustees of a good and
indefeasable fee simple to the above premises, and that
they have good right to convey the same, as they have
conveyed the same, free and discharged from all encum-
brances and liens of any and every nature and description
created by themselves as such Trustees, and that the said
of the second part, his heirs and assigns, shall quietly and
peaceably enjoy the above described premises against all
persons whatsoever, lawfully claiming under them or either
of them.
   In Testimony Whereof the said parties of the first
part have hereunto affixed their hands and seals, this the
day and year above written.
