renouncing all right and title to dower in

hundred and Sixty nine between Stephen
and Prescila McCall of the State and County
aforesaid parties of the first part and
Francis J. McCall of the City of Savannah
County of Chatham and State of Georgia
of the second part.
  Witnesseth that the said party of the
first part for and in consideration of
the sum of Five Hundred Dollars paid
at and before the sealing and delivery of
these presents the receipt whereof is hereby
acknoledged have bargained sold and
and conveyed and by these presents do
bargain sell and convey unto the said
party of the second his heirs and
