Situate lying and being in the Town of Gainesville in
the County and State aforesaid and known and
described as follows to wit: Beginning at a point in
the middle of the said Stream of Sweet Water Branch;
said point being the North East corner of the lot now
owned by Dr J.T. McKinstry and runing along the boundary
of McKinstrys lot to the section line dividing four and
five Township Ten (10) Range Twenty (20) thence North
along said section line three hundred and fifty (350) feet
thence East to "Sweet Water Branch" thence south along
middle run of said Branch to the point of beginning
containing Four (4) acres more or less. To Have and to Hold
the above described lot or parcel of land unto the
said Francis J. McCall his heirs and assigns forever
in fee simple and the said Stephen McCall and
Priscilla McCall shall and will said lot or parcel
of land together with all the rights members apper
tenances and hereditaments unto the same belonging
forever warrant and defend unto the said Francis
J. McCall his heirs and assigns against them selves
their heirs, Executors, administrators and assigns and
against the claim of all persons whatever
