This Indenture made the Twenty first day of
January in the year one thousand Eight
hundred and Seventy Between Gath W. James
of Gainesville, Alachua County State of Florida
party of the first part, and Wm R. Robeson
of Gainesville Alachua County, State of
Florida party of the Second part,
Witnesseth that the said party of the first
part for and in consideration of the Sum
of Eight Thousand Dollars, lawful money
of the United States of America to him
in hand paid by the said party of the
Second part, at or before the Sealing and
delivery of these presents the receipt where
of is hereby acknowledged, and the said
party of the second part his heirs Executors
and administrators forever Released and
discharged from the same, by thes presents
Has granted bargained sold aliened remised
released conveyed Does grant bargain sell alien
remise release convey and affirm unto the
said party of the second part, and to his heirs
and assigns forever his undivided one half
interest in All that certain peice or parcel of
land lying and being in the State of Florida
County of Alachua in the Aridondo Grant
and Known on the plan of Survey of
said Grant made by Messrs Burr & Wasington
containing one Thousand (1000) acres and
bounded on the north by a tract of land
designated as said plat as land of Thomas Napier
on the East by Section (20) Twenty
