E. Levy and lying and being the that part
of said lot number Ten sold by Joshua
Stafford aforesaid to William J. Turner and
by said Turner sold to Mary A. Bolling by
Deed dated 27th December AD 1853 on the East
and that party of said lot number Ten
sold by Mary Stafford as administratrix
of the said Joshua Stafford to Moses Frier-
Muth by Deed dated April 15th AD 1861
on the West, To have and to hold the said
real Estate, hereby conveyed and all the right
title and interest therein of the said Joshua
Stafford, to the said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns In Witness Whereof I
have hereunto set my hand and seal the day
and year first above written

Eight between David P. Hennis & M.J. Hennis
his wife of the first part & James T. Thomas
of the second part, Witnesseth, that for and
in consideration of the sum of Fifteen hundred
Dollars to them in hand paid at and
before the Sealing & delivering hereof, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknoleged the
said party of the first part have given granted
bargained sold, and delivered by these |
