presents do so give grant bargain sell & deliver to
said party of the second part the following named
and described property. That is to say All the
lot of Land known as Section (10) Ten Township (11)
Eleven & Range (21) Twenty one in the Arodondo
Grant, Except (200) Two Hundred acres in the NE North
East corner previously sold to George Gillett containing
(440) Four Hundred & forty acres more or less situate
in the County of Alachua & State of Florida to
have and to hold, the said above named & conveyed
parcel of land togather with all and singular the
houses building improvements appertenances to the
same belonging or in any wise appertaining to the
said party of the second part & to his heirs and 
assigns in fee simple forever, and the said parties
of the first part, covenants & agree with the said
party of the second part, that they are seized
in fee of the above granted & conveyed premises
that they are free from all encumbrances, that they have
good right to sell & convey the same to the said party
of the second part and that they their heirs Exe
cutors or administrators shall warrant & defend the
above said property to the said property party
of the second part his heirs Executors or administr
ators & assigns. In testimony whereof the said
parties of the first part have hereunto set their hands
& affixed their seals on the day & the year first above
