                    Be it known that on this 31st
day of May AD 1869, personally appeared before me
J. Limeburner one of the subscribing witnesses to the
above Deed, who being by me duly sworn, did depose
and say that he saw James T. Soutter and John
McRae, grantors in the foregoing Instrument, sign
seal and deliver the same, and heard them acknowl-
edge that they did execute it as their voluntary act

              Quit Claim Deed
Know all men by these presents, That I W.H. Sparkman, of
the County of Alachua, State of Florida, for and in consideration of the sum
of one dollar, to me paid by Donald L. McKay President, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledge, have granted, remised, released and quit claimed, and by
these presents do remise, release, and quit claim, unto the said D.L. McKay
President, his assignees and successors, all those several tracts or par=
cels of land lying and being situated in the said County of Alach-
ua and State aforesaid, and more particularly known and state
aforesaid, and more particularly described on the public maps
of said State (as also in a certain deed of conveyance executed to
and by W.C. Beckham, Tax Assessor and Collector of said County March
23d AD 1868 as the West half and South East quarter (W1/2 & SE1/4) of North
East quarter (NE1/4): East half (E1/2) of North West quarter (NW1/4); North
half (N1/2) of South East quarter (SE1/4); and North west quarter NW1/4 of
South West quarter (SW1/4) of Section Twenty nine (S.29) Township seven South
(T.7.S.), Range Twenty one East (R.21.E) containing Three hundred
and eighteen 318 37/ acres, more or less; together with all such right
title, interest, estate and claim, both in law and equity,
which I have, or might have, in said described land.
To have and to hold, all and singular the above mentioned
premises, unto the said D.L. McKay, President, his assigns and suc=
cessors forever
