This Indenture and Entered into this
Twenty nineth (29th) day of January AD 1870
between James B. Brown of the first part
and Mary A. Stafford of the second part
Witnesseth that the said Brown in
consideration of the sum of one thousand
Dollars to him in hand paid the receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged has
granted bargained & sold & by these presents
does grant bargain & sell to the said
party of the second part all that tract
of land lying in the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida and situate &
being in lot number ten of the twenty
thousand acre tract of Moses E. Levy and
               that part of 
lying between^said lot number ten sold
by Joshua Stafford to Wm J. Turner and by
said Turner sold to Mary A. Bolling by Deed
dated 27th December AD 1853, on the East and 
that part of said lot number ten sold by
Mary Stafford as administratrix of Joshua Stafford
Moses Freyermouth by dated apl 15th 1861 on
the west and being the same land conveyed
to me by James R. Stafford administrator
de bonis non of Joshua Stafford by deed
dated Jany AD 1870 To have and
to hold the said land hereby conveyed
and all the right & title and interest con
veyed to me by the said Deed of said
James R. Stafford as administrator as
aforesaid to the said Mary A. Stafford
her heirs and assigns. In Witness Whereof
& have hereunto set my hand and seal
the day and year first above written
