Quit claim Deed
This Indenture made and Entered into this
Twen fourth day of January in the year one
Thousand Eight hundred and Seventy Between
Jason M. Fairbanks of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida party of the first
part and Calvin B. Dibble party of the
Second Part, Witnesseth that the said
party of the first part for and in consider
ation of the sum of one Thousand and
Fifteen Dollars to him in hand paid 
by the said party of the second part
at and before the Ensealing and delivery
of these presents the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged hath remised released
conveyed and quit claimed and doth by
these presents remise release and Quit
claim unto the said party of the second
part
his heirs and assigns forever all that certain
piece or parcel of land lying and being
situated in the County of Alachua and
State of Florida and known and described
as follows to wit, Block Five & Six in Range
Four and Block Four Five & six in Range three
Town of Newnansville also the North have of
North East Quarter and South West Quarter
