Township 8 Range 19 containing 450 acres more
or less togather with all the rights titles and
interest of which the said John T. Mathews
had the said property Jointly and Severly
and the same to hold as fuller as I the
said Sheriff as aforesaid under said
writs, might could or ought to sell and
convey the same. Given under my

teen hundred and Seventy between John A.
Cannon and Mary L. Cannon his wife of
the first part and Sallie E. Coleman the
Wife of Geo M. Coleman of the Second part
Witnesseth that for and in consideration
of the sum of Two hundred dollars
paid in hand by the party of the Second part
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
the party of the first part, hath granted
bargained and conveyed and doth by these
presents Sell bargain Convey unto the party
