known in the plan and survey of said County
as lot commencing at the South East corner
of the old Township Gainesville at the run of
Sweet Water Branch running East three hundred feet
to a Stake thence west, three hundred feet to a Stake
thence south to the starting point or beginning corner
the said lot to contain ten acres more or less
and bounded on the South by land of J.H. Roper
and on the East by land Mary L. Cannon on the
north by land of Tilman Ingram on the West by
Sweet Water Branch Separating said lot from
the Town of Gainesville to have and to hold the
said bargained premises or tract of land unto the
said party of the second part in fee simple
togather with all the rights titles & privileges
and appertenances thereunto beloning or in any
wise there unto appertaining, and the said party
of the first part for themselves their heirs E
xecutors and administrators the said bargained
premises unto the said party of the second part
her heirs Executors administrators and assigns will
forever Warrant and defend against the claim
or claims of any person or persons whatsoever

part have signed sealed and delivered the same
