This Indenture made this the third day
of February AD Eighteen hundred and
Seventy Between Susan Marion McDonell
of the County of Alachua and State of
Florida party of the first part and Joseph
G. Little of the same County & State party
of the second part, Witnesseth that the
said party of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of Fifteen hundred
Dollars lawful money of the U.S. to
her in hand paid by the said P at and
before the Ensealing and delivering of
these presents the receipt whereof is hereby
Expressly acknowledged hath granted
granted sold and conveyed and by
these presents doth grant bargain sell
and convey unto the said party of
the second part, his heirs and assigns
forever all that certain piece or parcel
of land lying and being in the County
and State aforesaid and which is known
and described as follows (to wit) the East
of section Sixteen Township nine Range
nineteen of the Arodondo Grant, con
taining by Estimation Two hundred and
thirteen 1/3 acres more or less and which is
known as the share of the said Susan
Marrion McDonell of the Real Estate of
Charles C. Stewart amr To have and to hold
all and and singular the above
mentioned and described premises
unto the said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns forever and the
said party of the first part doth hereby
covenant and agree to and with the
said party of the second part, that
at the time of the Execution hereof the
said party of the first part is the
lawful owner of the said premises
above granted and seized thereof in
fee simple absolute and that the
said said party of the first part will
warrant and defend the same in
the quiet and peaceable possession of
the said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns forever In Witness
Whereof I have hereunto set my hand
and affixed my seal this the day and
year first above written mentioned & stated
