This Indenture made this
Seventh day of February A.D. 1870 Between Geo L. Barnes
Sheriff of said County of the first part, and Martha
Jane Haynesworth of the County of Alachua
-------------------- State of Florida of the second part. Witnesseth
100 U.S.I. that Whereas by Virtue of Sundry writs of Fieri Facias
R. Stamps issued out of the Circuit Court for said County
Cancelled and to him, the said Sheriff directed he was
-------------------- commanded that the goods & chattles lands and
tenements of Richard P. Hainsworth, he
cause to be made the sum of Two hundred nineteen
90/100 dollars with interest thereon togather with costs
of suit which E.M. Plouden lately on the 16th day
of November 1867, recovered against him as
well as the Sum of Nine Hundred and three 76/100 dollars
with interest thereon togather with costs of suit
which E.R. Plouden lately on the 16th Nov 16, 1867
recovered in our Circuit Court against Richard
P. Hainsworth and whereas I George L. Barnes
as Sheriff as aforesaid by virtue of the said writ
did on the 22d day of December A.D. 1867 levy
upon and Seize the property hereinafter des
cribed and did by virtue of said writs and
to the Statute in such case made and pro
vided duly advertise the said property for
