Alachua County   } This Indenture made this the
first day of F AD 1870 Between Nancy McRea
widow of said County & State of the first part
and Wm P. Colclough of said County of the
second part Witnesseth that that for and in
consideration of the sum of two Hundred 
Dollars in hand paid, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged the said Nancy
McRea hath bargained sold and conveyed
and doth by these presents bargain sell and
convey unto the William P. Colclough all
her right title interest and claim of
Dower in and to the following described =
property to wit, Block number Two (2) Range
number Six (6) situated in the Town of Gain=
=esville in said County and State to gether with
all and singular the improvements
appertaining thereto generally known as the
Magnolia House and premises To have and to
Hold the said real Estate and apperten
ances unto the said William P. Colclough his
heirs and assigns forever free from the
claim and right of Dower of the said Nancy
McRea In Testimony whereof the said party
of the first part hereto sets her hand and
seal this the day and year first above

poses therein Expressed and that he togather with
M.J. Piggott signed the same as Witnesses
