A.D. Eighteen hundred & Seventy, between John P.C. Massey of the
first part and William P. Colclough of the second part Witnesseth
That John P.C. Massey for the Sum of Five dollars to him in
hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath
granted bargained and Sold, and doth by these presents,
grant bargain and sell unto the said William P. Colclough
all his right title and interest in law & equity to and in
Block two (2) Range Six (6) particularly Known as the
Magnolia House block in the Town of Gainesville in
the County of Alachua and State of Florida
To have and to hold the said granted
premises to the said William P. Colclough, his heirs and
assigns forever In Witness Whereof the said John P.C.
