This Indenture made this
the Seventh day of Feby AD 1870 Between ---
George L. Barnes Sheriff of said County of
the first part, and Benjamin P. Boulwarre of
the County of Alachua State of Florida of
the second part. Witnesseth, That Whereas by
Virtue of Sundry Writs of Fieri Facias Issued
-------------------- out of the Circuit Court, for said County and
$100 U.S. Rev to him, the Sheriff of directed, he was
Stamps Cancelled commanded, that of the goods and Chattles
-------------------- lands and tenements of Musco Boulware & Co
he cause to be made the sum of Two hundred
ninety Six 55/100 dollars with interest togather
with costs of suit which Tilman Ingram lately
on the 25th of June AD 1867 recovered against
said Boulware & Co, as Well as the sum of
Forty three 32/100 dollars with interest thereon and
costs of suit which Wm H. Stringfellow lately
on the 2d day of March A.D. 1867 with interest
thereon togather with costs of suits which recover
ed in our Circuit Court against M. Boulware & Co
and Whereas I Geo L. Barnes as Sheriff as
aforesaid by virtue of said Writs did on the
24th day of December A.D. 1867 levy upon and
seize the property hereinafter described and
did by virtue of said Writs and persueant
to the Statutes in such case made and provided
duly advertise the said property for Sale on the
7th day of February AD 1870 and did on that
day sell the same at public auction according
to law to Benjamin P. Boulware In the
