sum of Six Hundred dollars being the highest sum
bid for the same Now Therefore Know Ye that I,
the Said George L. Barnes, as Sheriff as aforesaid by
virtue of the said writs and of the Statutes in such case
made and provided, for, and in consideration of the
sum of Six Hundred Dollars to me in hand paid
by the Said Benjamin P. Boulware, party of the second part
have granted bargained and sold, and by thes presents
do grant, bargain and sell unto the said Benjamin
P. Boulware party of the first second part his heirs and
assigns forever all the following property to wit
The Mill Site situated in Alachua County contain
ing Five acres more or less being in the north west
Quarter of section twenty Two, Township nine (9)
Range Twenty Two (22) south & East to gather with
all the rights tittles interests and Equities which
the said Musco Boulware & Co had of or, in, or
to the same To have and to hold as fully as I the
said Geo L. Barnes as Sheriff as aforesaid might,
could or ought to sell and convey the same.
