and also another lot of land described as the
South East quarter of the North East quarter
of Section Twenty Three of Township Eight South
of Range Twenty one East containing Forty
acres more or less, Both lots making fifty
acres more or less, To Have and To Hold the
above described premises togather (over)
with all and singular the rights and privaliges
immunities Easements and appertenances there unto
belonging or in any wise appertaining unto the
said party of the first second part, and
her heirs as their absolute property in fee
simple forever, and the said Stephen Bryan
do covenant and agree that he is Seized of
a good and indefeasible fee simple of the
above premises and that he has good right
to convey the same as he has conveyed the
same free and discharge from all Encumbrances
and liens of any and Every nature and description
and that that the said party of the second
part, her heirs and assigns shall quietly and
peaceably Enjoy the above described prem
ises against all persons whatsoever law
fully claiming the same and that that he
and at all
will at any^times make such Further
covenants, coveyances, and assureances at

learned in the law may require.
