This Indenture made this fifteenth day of
January A.D. 1870, between James B. Dawkins of Alachua
County Florida of the one part, and March Tucks, Simon
Scofield, Boston Perry and Paul Brown, trustees of an ecleistical
organization in the said County and State called the "Liberty Hill
Church" of the other part. Witnesseth that the said James B.
Dawkins for and in consideration of the natural respect and
adoration of the Christian religion and in the further consideration
of five dollars to him in hand paid by the said March
Tucks, Simon Scofield, Boston Perry and Paul Brown Trustees as
aforesaid has given granted aliened, released and confirmed
and by these presents does give grant alien release and
Confirm unto the said March Tucks Simon Scofield Boston Perry
and Paul Brown trustees as aforesaid and their successors in
office, all that piece or parcel of land lying in the
County of Alachua and State of Florida, situated in the
North east Corner of the lands now owned by me the
said party of the first part, upon which the said Liberty Hill
Church building now stands, containing in all one half acre
together with the privileges and all things appurtenant thereto
and all the Estate right title and Interest of him the
said James B. Dawkins of in and thereto
To have and to hold the said piece or parcel of land
or tenement and all the appurtenances thereof to them the
said March Tucks Simon Scofield Boston Perry and Paul Brown
trustees &c and to their successors in office as the site and
for the uses and purposes of the said "Liberty Hill Church" as
long as the same shall continue to be an ecclesiastical
USIR organization legally and orderly conducted and incorporated
Stamp In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal

Alachua County } for Alachua County and State of Florida personally
came R.F. Taylor who being duly sworn states on oath that he
saw James B. Dawkins sign seal and deliver the foregoing instrument
of writing for the uses and purposes therein contained and Expressed,
and that he together with Lawson L. Hill signed their names
as subscribing witnesses thereto
