            me personally came Jonathan C. Greely to me well known and who executed
            the foregoing conveyance and acknowledged that he executed the
            same for the purposes therein mentioned

            To all whom these Presents shall come, Greeting.

              Whereas by virtue of proceedings held under and in pursuance of
            and Act of Congress entitled "An Act to establish a uniform system of
            bankruptcy throughout the United States." approved March 2nd 1867 in the
            District Court of the United States for the Northern District of Florida in
            the case of Lemuel Wilson of Alachua County Florida who was adjudged
            a bankrupt upon his own petition, and whereas Jonathan C. Greely Assignee
            of the above named bankrupt, duly chosen appointed and qualified, did on
            the tenth day of December 1869, present his petition to the aforesaid Court setting
            forth amonst other things that "he believed it to be for the interest of the
            Creditors that the real estate should be sold." and praying the said Court
            that the said real estate might be sold in pursuance of the Act
of Congress in such cases made and provided and the said petition having
            been referred by the said Court to Franklin Fraser Register in Bankruptcy
            for said District for Examination and to make such order therein
            as should be proper and according to law, and the said Register
            upon examination thereof did order and direct that the said Assignee
            after having given due notice of the time and place of sale
            should approve the said real estate for sale at public auction and
            sell the same to the highest bidder therefor and clear of all incumbrances
            and the said Jonathan C. Greeley Assignee as aforesaid of the said bankrupt
            after having given legal notice of the time and place of sale, did on
            the twenty fourth day of January 1870 at Jacksonville Florida expose
            and offer for sale at Auction to the highest bidder all that certain
            land and estate belonging to the estate of the said bankrupt
            and known and described as follows to wit  NW1/4 of NW/14
            of Sec Twenty three 23, and West 1/2 of Sec Twenty seven (27)
