Situated in Alachua County Florida and sold the
bidder
same to Calvin B. Dibble he being the highest^therefor
for the sum of Five Dollars lawful money of
the United States, Now Know all men by these presents
that I Johnathan C. Greely assignee as aforesaid
for and in consideration of the sum of Five Dollars
to me in hand paid by the said Calvin B. Dibble
here
at and before the Ensealing and delivery^of have granted
bargained sold aliened, released conveyed and
confirmed and by these presents do grant, bargain
sell alien release convey and confirm unto the said
Calvin B. Dibble his heirs and assigns forever all the said tract
of land above described and hereby conveyed together with all the
improvements thereon and the rights, liberties, privileges, hereditaments
thereunto belonging, or in any way appertaining and the reversions
rents profits and issues thereof
To Have and to Hold the said tract or parcel of land above
described hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging
unto the said Calvin B. Dibble his heirs and assigns forever all
the said tract of land above described and hereby conveyed
to and for his and their own use behoof and benefit for all
such estate and no other as the said bankrupt had and held
therein at and immediately before the filing by him of his petition
for adjudication of bankruptcy and clear of all encumbrances
