and qualified, did on the Tenth day of December 1869
present his petition to the aforesaid Court, setting forth
amongst other thins that he believed it to be for the interest
of the creditors that the Real Estate Should be sold and
praying the said Court, that the said real estate might
be sold in pursuance of the act of Congress in such case
made and provided, and the said petition having been
refered by the said to Franklin Fraser Register in Bankruptcy
for said District for Examination and to make such order
therein as should be proper and according to law
and the register upon Examination thereof did order
and direct that the said Assignee after having
given due Notice of the time and place of sale should
the said real Estate for sale by Public auction and
sell the same to the highest bidder therefor and clear
of all Encumbrances and the said Johnathan C.
Greely assignee as aforesaid of the said
Bankrupt after having given legal notice of the
time and place of sale did on the Twenty fourth
day of January 1870 at Jacksonville Florida Expose
and offer for sale at auction to the highest bidder all
that certain lands and Estate, belonging to the
Estate of said Bankrupt and known and described
as follows, to wit, NW1/4 of NW1/4 of Section (10) Ten N1/2
of NW1/4 Sec (9) nine & N1/2 of NE1/4 & N1/2 of NW1/4 Sec (8)
Eight Township Eight (8) Range (17) Seventeen & S1/2 of
Sec (29) Twenty nine NW1/4 of NE1/4 Sec (32) Thirty Two &
NE1/4 of NW1/4 Sec (32) Thirty Two Township Ten (10) Range
(14) Fourteen S & E containing Six hundred & Eighty (680)
acres more or less situated in Alachua County Florida
and Sold the same to Calvin B. Dibble he being the
highest bidder therefor for the sum of Three Dollars lawful
money of the United States, Now, know all men by these
presents, That I Johnathan C. Greely Assignee as
aforesaid, for and in consideration of the sum of three
Dollars to me in hand paid by the said Calvin
B. Dibble at and before the Ensealing and delivery
hereof these presents have granted bargained Sold aliened
released conveyed and confirmed and by these
presents do grant, bargain sell alien release convey
and confirm unto the said Calvin B. Dibble his
heirs and assigns and assigns forever all the said
tract of land above described and hereby conveyed
to gather with all the improvements thereon and the
rights liberties privaleges heraditaments there unto
belonging or in any way appertaining and the
reversions rents profits and issues thereof To
Have and To Hold the said tract or parcel of 
land above described hereditaments and -
