To all persons to whom these presents Shall come
Greeting Whereas by virtue of proceedings held made
and in pursuance of an act of Congress, Known as the
Bankrupt act approved March 2d AD 1867 and
the act amendatory thereof in the district Court
of the United States for the Northern district of
Florida in the Case of Francis P. Olmstead who
was adjudged a Bankrupt upon his own petition
on the Seventeenth day of August AD 1869 before
Franklin Fraser Esqr Register for said district,
I, Johnathan C. Greely General Assignee in
Bankruptcy, duly appointed and qualified under
the said act of Congress and specially appointed
in the case of the said Bankruptcy in pursuance
of the said act after having given Legal Notice thereof
did on the nineteenth day of January AD 1870 at -
Newnansville Expose and offer for sale at auction
to the highest bidder all that certain land and
Estate belonging to the Estate of the said Bankrupt
and known and described as follows to wit, SE1/4 Sec 8
township 7, Range 19 S & E and W1/2 of SW1/4 Sec 9 Town
ship 7 Range 19 S & E and NW1/4 of NW1/4 Sec 16 Town
ship 7, Range 19 S & E and NE1/4 of NE1/4 Sec 17
