as aforesaid, for and in consideration of the
sum of fifty five Dollars to me in hand paid
by the said Eli Futch at and before the Enseal
ing and delivery hereof, have granted bargained sold
aliened released, conveyed and confirmed and by
these presents do grant bargain, sell alien release
convey and confirm unto the said Eli Futch his heirs
and assigns forever, all the said tract of land
above described, and hereby conveyed togather
with all the improvements thereon and the rights,
liberties, privaleges heraditaments thereunto
beloning or in any wise appertaining and the
reversions, rents, profits and issues thereof
To Have, and To Hold, the said tract or parcel
of land above described hereditaments and apper
tenances unto the said Eli Futch his heirs and
assigns forever to and for his and their own use and behalf,
In Witness Whereof, I the said Assignee have
hereunto set my hand and seal the nineteenth
day of January in the year of our lord one Thousand
Eight hundred and Seventy.
