Alachua County   } This Indenture made on this
the 22d day of February AD 1870 between Enoch
T. Geiger the party of the first part and Samuel
T. Mansell the party of the second part. -
Witnesseth that said party of the first part,
for and in consideration of the sum of
Two Thousand Dollars Five Hundred Dollars
to him in hand paid the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained
sold aliened remised released transfered
conveyed and confirmed, and doth by these
presents bargain sell alien remise release trans
fer convey and confirm unto said party
of the second part his heirs and assigns all
the right title interest and property of him
the said party of the first part in and to that
certain tract or parcel of land situate lying
and being in the County of Alachua and
State of Florida, and known and described on
the Map of the public Survey as the North East
quarter of section Eight, and the North West
quarter of section Eight in Township Ten
South of Range Eighteen East, containing
Three Hundred and Nineteen 46/100 acres of land
togather with and Singular the tenements, heredi
taments and appertenances thereunto beloning or in
any wise appertaining To have and to hold the
said described premises to him the said party
of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever
in fee simple - and the said party of the first
part for himself his heirs Executors and adminis
trators, hereby covenants that he Will Warrant and
defend the right and title of him the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns
forever in said premises. Witness the hand
and seal of said party of the first part, this
