County of Alachua} This indenture made and enter-
ed into on this the 1st day of February AD 1870
Between Daniel B. Coker of the first part and Stephen
Fagan of the State and County aforesaid of the
Second part.  Witnesseth for and in consideration
of the sum of Forty five hundred Dollars to Me in hand
paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
bargained and sold, and by these present do bargain
and sell to the party of the second part the fol-
lowing lot or parcel of land lying and being in
the County of Alachua and described as follows
to Wit the South East quarter of Section 1, SE1/4 of
NW1/4 of Section 1 and W1/2 of Section No 3, S* and NE1/4
of Sec 12 T. 8 S.R. 19 E. SE SW1/4 Sec 1 T. 8. South
Range 18 E. Containing in all Three Hundred and fifty
seven 78/100 acres more or less.  To have and to hold to
the party of the second part his heirs Executors
and administrators an assigns forever and I of
the first part do further agree covenant, With
the party of the second part that I am law
fully Seized of the above described lot or par
cel of land, that I have good right to sell the
same to which I do by these presents bind my
self my heirs & executors, administrators or assigns
forever.  And I do by these present warrant and
defend the said party of the second party, in 
peaceable possession of the same against the law
ful claims of all persons whomsoever.  In Witness
Whereof I have here unto set my hand and Seal this
day and years first above written
