This Indenture made this the twenty first day
of February Eighteen hundred and Seventy between
John E. Thompson of Alachua County and
State of Florida party of the first part and
William H. Thompson of the same County and
State party of the second part. Witnesseth that
the said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of Two Thousand
Dollars lawful money to him in hand paid
by the party of the second part, at and before
the Ensealing and delivery of these presents the
receipt Whereof is hereby acknowledged hath
this day sold granted and conveyed and by
these presents doth sell, grant and convey
unto the party of the second part his heirs and
assigns forever, all that lot, tract, or parcel of land
known as Section nineteen Township nine
Range Twenty containing by Estimation Six
hundred and forty acres more or less lying
and being in the County and State aforesaid of
the Arredondo Grant. To Have and To Hold, the
above described land, with all and Singular the
improvements thereon or in any wise appertaining
to the party of the second part, his heirs and 
assigns forever In Testimony Whereof I have here
unto Set my hand and Seal, this the day and
year first above written
