This indenture made this Seventh day of
February in the year of our Lord one Thousand
Eight hundred and Seventy Between Stephen
F. Harvard and Lititia A. Harvard his wife
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
parties of the first part and Samuel T. Mansell and 
Sophia F. Ingersoll wife of Daniel Ingersoll of
the same County and State parties of the second part
               the said parties of the first part
Witnesseth, that^for and in consideration of the sum
of one Thousand Dollars lawful money of the United States
to them in hand paid by the said parties of the second
part, the receipt whereof is hereby Expressly acknow
=ledged have this day granted bargained sold and
conveyed and do by these presents grant bargain
sell and convey to the said parties of the second
part their heirs and assigns forever all that certain
piece or parcel of land lying and being in the County and
State aforesaid and which is known and described
as follows to wit the North part of lot one 1 Block
Three (3) Range Two 2 South of the Court House Square
running Eighty Six feet North and South and
fifty feet East & West in the Town of Gainesville
togather with all and singular the tenements here
ditaments and appurtenances and all the Estate
title and interest in Law or Equity of the said
parties of the first part therein and the said
parties of the first part do hereby covenant and

agree to and with the said parties of the^part that
at the time of the Execution hereof the said parties
of the first part are the Lawful owners of the premises
above granted and seized thereof is fee simple ab
solute and that they will warrant and defend the same
in the quiet and peaceable possession of the said party
of the second part there heirs and assigns forever

relinquishing and renouncing all her right title
and interest of Dower that she now or may
