Alachua County   } This Indenture made on this the
first day of March AD Eighteen hundred and seventy
Between Richard L. Wilson the party of the first part
and Osborn G. Foard the party of the second 
part Witnesseth that said party of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of One Thousand
Two hundred ($1200) Dollars to him in hand paid
