piece parcel or lot of land, situate lying and being in the
Town of Gainesville to the said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns butting and bounding as follows to wit

beginning at the North West corner of Section Four Township
Ten (10) Range Twenty (20) running South (3) chains and Eighteen
links to a stake thence East to the run of Sweet Water
Branch, thence up the run of said branch to the section line
west on said line the place of beginning being it all of land
Upon which a tan yard now stands togather with all
and singular the rights members hereditaments
and appurtenances to the same beloning or in any
wise appertaining to have and to hold all and singular
the premises above mentioned to the said party of the
second part his heirs and assigns forever in fee simple
and the said party of the first part his Executors adm
inistrators heirs and assigns shall and will forever
warrant and defend said bargained premises and
the rights and title thereunto from and against themselves
and against the claims of all persons whatsoever ~~~
