Witnesseth that the said William Malphurs as well for and
in consideration of the natural love and affection which he the
said Wm Malphurs hath and beareth unto and toward the
said Sarah Zelpha Malphurs grand child of him the said
William Malphurs, as also to provide for the maintenance
and support of her the said Sarah, has given and granted
and by these presents doth give & grant unto the said Sarah
Zelphia Malphurs her heirs Executors and Administrators
the following described property to wit, Fifteen head of stock
cattle marked Swallow fork and under bit in the left ear, and
two under-bits in the right & Branded (62, Also two feather
beds and bed clothes, to have and to hold the same to the said
Sarrah Zelphia Malphurs to her heirs and assigns, to her
and their sole use and behoof forever, And the said William
Malphurs for himself his heirs Executors and administrators doth
agree that the said Sarah Zelphia Malphurs her heirs and as-
signs may lawfully at all times hereafter peaceably have hold
use occupy possess and enjoy the said property hereby
given and conveyed or intended so to be free and un
diminished from and against all former and other
gifts, grants, bargains or sales dower and estates and
of, from and against all former and other titles, charges
and encumbrances whatsoever had done or made 
or supposed to be, by him the said William Malphurs
his heirs or assigns or any other person or persons
lawfully claiming or to claim by from or under
him, them or any of them.
