Alachua County   } This indenture made
and Entered in to on this the fourteenth day
of May, AD Eighteen hundred and Sixty nine
Between John H. Kenedy and Richard L. Wilson
Witnesseth that the said Kenedy for and in
consideration of the sum of Twelve hundred
dollars to him in hand paid by the said
Wilson (the receipt whereof is here by ackn
owledged) have bargained sold aliened
remised, released transfered conveyed and 
confirmed and does by these presents bargain
sell alien remise release transfer convey and
confirm unto the said Wilson, his heirs and
assigns all the right title interest and property
of him the said Kenedy of in and to that
certain tract or parcel of land, Situate lying
and being in the Town of Gainesville in said
County and State and known and described
                                     West
as follows, Commencing at the North East
corner of the lot now owned by Joseph A.
C. Jones and runing north about fifty feet
thence East Sixty feet thence South about fifty
feet thence West Sixty feet to the point of begin
ing, said piece or parcel of land being the
Middle portion of the lot known on the Map
of the Survey of said town as lot number one
in Block four, togather with all and singular
the rights privaleges tenements hereditaments
and appurtenance, thereunto beloning or in
any wise appertaining. To have and To Hold the
said described premises to him the said
Richard L. Wilson his heirs and assigns for
Ever in fee Simple forever and the said
Kenedy in consideration of the premises afore
said the right and title to the said Land
and the peaceful and uninterrupted possession
thereof in and to the said Wilson his heirs and
assigns hereby covenant forever to Warrant and
defend in testimony whereof the said Kenedy here
unto sets his hand and Seal, this the day
and year first above written.
