                    This indenture made this the 21s day
of December AD 1869 between James B. Brown and 
Anna W. Brown his wife of the County of Alachua and
State of Florida of the first part and Frank Stewart
of the same County and State of the second part
Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for
and in consideration of one hundred and fifty Dollars
paid by the party of the second part hath bargained
sold and conveyed and by these presents doth grant
bargain sell and convey to the said Frank Stewart
his heirs and assigns for Ever all that certain piece or 
parcel of land being the East half of Lot (13) in
NW quarter of Section (5) Township (10) Range (20)
being five acres less fifteen feet on East side and End
to be left for a Street. To have and To hold the same
togather with all and Singular the tenements hereditaments
and appertenances and all and Singular the Estate Tittle
and interest of the parties of the first part therein
mentioned and the said party of the first part doth
hereby covenant and agree with the said Frank Stewart
that at the time of delivery here of hereof the said
parties of the first part are the lawful owners of the
premises above granted and that they will warrant
and forever defend the same against all persons
hereafter claiming or to claim the same. In Witness
Whereof We have hereunto set our hands and seals
