County of Alachua } This indenture made this 
Sixth day of December A.D. 1869 Between Geo
L. Barnes Sheriff of Said County of the first 
part and Elizabeth Avera of the County of 
Alachua State of Florida of the Second 
part Witnesseth, that Whereas by Virtue of a 
writ of Fieri Facias issued out of the
Circuit Court for Said County and to him 
the Said Sheriff directed, he was commanded 
that of the goods and chattles lands and tenements 
of Henry Avera he cause to be made the 
Sum of three hundred and thirty four dollars
