with interest thereon togather with costs of suit which 
Stephen McCall receiver &c lately on the Sixth
day of September A.D. 1869 recovered in our County
Court against Cosby Week Avera and Company and 
Whereas I, the said Geo L. Barnes as Sheriff as 
aforesaid by virtue of said Writ did on the 1st day 
of November A.D. 1869 levy upon and Seize the property 
hereinafter described and did by virtue of said Writs 
and persuant to the Statutes in such case made 
and provided duly advertize the Said property for Sale 
on the 6th day of December A.D. 1869 and did on that day 
sell the Same at Public auction according to law 
to Elizabeth Avera for the Sum of one hundred and
fifty Dollars being the highest Sum bid for the Same
Now therefore Know Ye that I the Said George L. Barnes 
as Sheriff as aforesaid by virtue of said Writs and 
the Statutes in such cases made and provided for and 
in consideration of said sum of one hundred and
fifty dollars to me in hand paid by the said Eliza
beth Avera party of the second part, have granted 
bargained and Sold and by these presents do grant 
bargain and Sell unto the said Elizabeth Avera party 
of the second part, her heirs and assigns forever, all 
the following property to wit, one acre of land
more or less lying in the Town of Gainesville East of
Sweet Water Branch and north of the Florida R.R.
Commencing at a Stake 65 feet from said Rail
Road running north Two hundred and Eighty (280)
feet, thence East Two hundred feet (200) thence
South Two hundred and Eighty feet (280) thence West
Two hundred feet (200) to the Point of beginning
togather with all the right tittle interest and Equities which 
the said Henry Avera had of, in or to the same
Given under my hand and Seal this the Sixth day of Decem
ber A.D. 1869
