                   Know all men by
these presents that I Henry C. Dozier agent
for William H. Chappell, of the Town of 
Gainesville Alachua County and State of
Florida, am held and firmly bound unto
Henry Avera agent for J. Berian Oliver of
the same town County and State, in the
Sum of Nine hundred dollars lawful
money of the United States to be paid
to the said Henry Avera agent his Executors
administrators or assigns for which payment
Well and truly to be made I bind William
H. Chappell his heirs and Executors adminis
trators and assigns and Each of them firmly
by these presents, Sealed with my seal
Dated the first day of March 1870
 Now the condition of this obligation is such
that if the above bounden obligator shall
on the first day of January next make
Execute and deliver, Unto the said Henry Avera
agent (provided that the said Henry Avera
agent Shall on or before that day have
paid to the said obligator the sum of
Seven hundred and fifty dollars with Eight
percent interest from 1s January 1870 the
price by said Henry Avera agent, agreed
to be paid therefor) a good and sufficient
conveyance in fee Simple with the usual
covenants of all that certain piece or parcel
of land in Block 3 and Range 8 in the
Town of Gainesville Fla then this obligation
to be void, other wise to remain in full
force virtue and Effect
Sealed and delivered in } Henry C. Dozier agent
the presence of         }         for
G.K. Broom              } William H. Chappell
