Alachua County   } This indenture made this the twenty
third day of February in the year of our Lord one
thousand Eight hundred and Seventy, Between Leonard
Varnadore & Elizabeth Varnadore of Alachua County
and State of Florida of the first part and W.W. Scott
agt of the Town of Newnansville in the County of Alachua
State of Florida of the second part; Witnesseth,
that the said parties of the first part in consideration
of the sum of Eight hundred and fifty Dollars lawful
money of the United States, to them in hand paid, the
receipt Whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted
bargained sold aliened remised released conveyed
and confirmed and by these presents doth grant bargain
sell alien remise release convey and confirm
unto the said party of the second part and to his heirs
and assigns forever all that tract of Situate as follows
lying and being in the State and County aforesaid and
known as the E1/2 of NW1/4 and the N1/2 of the SW1/4 of
Section Eighteen Township Seven South of Range nine
=teen East and the NW1/4 of the NE1/4 and the NE1/4
of the NW1/4 of Section Nineteen Township Seven
South of Range Nineteen East and the SE1/4 of the SW1/4
of Section Eighteen Township Seven range Nineteen East
and the W1/2 of the NW1/4 and SW1/4 of the SW1/4 of
Section Eighteen Township Seven, Range Nineteen East
and the SE1/4 of Section Eighteen Township Seven
Range Nineteen South and East togather with all and sing
=ular the Tenements hereditaments and appertenances
there unto beloning or in any wise appertaining
and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders
rents issues and profits thereof and also all the Estate
right title interest claim and demands Whatsoever
as Well in law as in Equity of the said parties of
first part of and in and to the same To Have and to
hold the above granted and described premises with
the appertenances unto the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns to his and their own proper
use benefit and behoof, forever, Provided always
and these presents are upon this condition that if
the said parties of the first part shall well and
truly pay this certain promissory note bearing
Even date herewith given to the said party of the
Second part, for the sum of Eight hundred and
fifty Dollars lawful money as aforesaid according
to the tenor of said note, then these presents shall
become void and the Estate hereby granted shall cease
and utterly determine Else to remain in full force
& virtue In Witness Whereof the said parties of
